Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases for test series on Jansahara are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

2. No Refunds Will Be Issued For:

• Dissatisfaction with the product or your performance.
• Not using the test series after purchase.

3. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund

A refund may be considered only for duplicate payments due to a technical error or if a persistent technical fault on our side prevents access.

4. How to Request a Refund
