This policy details how you will gain access to the digital test series purchased from Jansahara. As our products are digital, there is no physical shipping.

2. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment via Razorpay, you will receive a confirmation email to your registered email address.

3. Access to Products

The purchased test series will be automatically activated in your account. You can access it by logging into your account on www.jansahara.in and navigating to the "My Test Series" or "Dashboard" section.

4. Delivery Timeframe

Access is typically granted instantaneously after a successful payment. In rare cases, it may take up to 2-4 hours.

5. Issues with Access

If you cannot access your purchase after 4 hours, please contact our support team at help@jansahara.in with your order details.
